| BOOKING PROCEDURE Booking a crewed yacht is not a complicated procedure. Simply contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter, with the following details Type of yacht required (motor yacht or crewed sailing yacht) 1. The approximate number of persons (or how many cabins). 2. The approximate daily price range which you wish to pay 3. Definite or approximate dates for your charter 4. Any special requirements or equipment (water skis, scuba equipment etc) Once we have the above information, we will contact you with details of the available yachts and those which suit your requirements. Once a yacht has been selected and its availability confirmed, a charter contract is drawn up and sent to you for your signature. Reservation of the yacht becomes final upon receipt of your signed contract and the agreed deposit, which is usually 50% of the total charter fee. The balance is payable to us two weeks prior to your departure date. The daily charter rates include the yacht hire, the crew services, yacht insurance, the crews food and wages, port dues within Greek waters, ships laundry and fresh water. Extra expenses for the charterer are: VAT (Government Tax) of 4.5% of the charter rate, passengers meals, drinks, personal laundry, fuel/lubricants, Corinth canal dues (if applicable) and private marinas. |
